The flanged ball check valve is a primary solution for wastewater and sewage applications, specifically designed to handle fluids containing solid particles without interruption.
Its internal ball mechanism allows the valve to operate smoothly while preventing reverse flow. During operation, the ball moves freely and does not obstruct the flow path, ensuring continuous and reliable performance even in demanding conditions.
The self-cleaning, full bore structure eliminates the risk of debris or impurities becoming trapped on the ball, maintaining stable operation and reducing maintenance requirements. The smooth internal body design ensures full flow with minimal pressure loss, improving overall system efficiency.
The valve body and cover are manufactured from ductile iron, providing high mechanical strength and durability. Both internal and external surfaces are protected with epoxy coating, offering excellent corrosion resistance in aggressive wastewater environments.
A compact construction simplifies installation, while the easily removable cover allows fast and convenient inspection or maintenance when required. The valve is suitable for both horizontal and vertical installation, providing flexibility in pipeline design.
Flange connections are manufactured in accordance with EN 1092-2 / ISO 7005-2. Hydrostatic testing is carried out according to EN 12266-1, with seat test pressure at 1.1 × PN and body test pressure at 1.5 × PN, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
