The Full Tie-Rod Dismantling Joint is an essential pipeline component used for the installation, adjustment and removal of valves and fittings in pressurized systems. Without a dismantling joint that allows longitudinal adjustment, precise valve installation is extremely difficult. This joint solves that problem by providing controlled axial movement and secure restraint.

Equipped with full-length threaded tie-rods, the joint ensures self-restrained operation, maintaining tight sealing and structural stability over long service periods. The adjustable design allows the dismantling joint to be set to the exact required length before final flange tightening, enabling fast and accurate valve installation.

Manufactured from ductile iron (GGG-40/50) and protected with high-quality FBE epoxy coating, the dismantling joint offers excellent resistance to corrosion and mechanical stress. Premium EPDM or NBR gaskets are used to guarantee long-term sealing performance in potable water, wastewater and industrial applications.

The heavy-duty three-flange design makes the Full Tie-Rod Dismantling Joint suitable for both standard and non-standard pipeline configurations. Larger diameters, higher pressure ratings and custom flange standards are available upon request.
