The F5 Resilient Seated Gate Valve is designed for reliable shut-off in water distribution networks, featuring a non-rising stem (NRS) construction and a full bore flow passage to minimize pressure loss.
The valve is equipped with a rubber-coated (EPDM) resilient gate, ensuring tight sealing in both open and closed positions. Thanks to its non-rising stem design, the F5 gate valve is especially suitable for underground installations, valve chambers, and limited-space applications.
Double flanged connections are manufactured according to EN 1092-2, with flange drilling matching the specified pressure class. The standard version is supplied with a handwheel, while optional configurations include extension spindle, gearbox, or electric / pneumatic actuator compatibility upon request.
All internal and external surfaces are protected with a thermoplastic powder epoxy coating, providing excellent resistance against corrosion, chemicals, and disinfectants used in potable water systems. This coating ensures long service life and hygienic operation.
The F5 resilient seated gate valve is widely used in drinking water networks, irrigation systems, and municipal water infrastructure, fully complying with EN 1074-1 and EN 1074-2 standards.
