The F4 type elastomer seated gate valve is designed with a full bore passage and an EPDM vulcanized gate, ensuring reliable shut-off performance and minimal pressure loss in water pipeline systems.
The valve features double flanged connections manufactured in accordance with EN 1092-2, with flange drilling matching the specified pressure class. The standard version is supplied with a handwheel (flywheel) and without an extension spindle. Upon request, the valve can be manufactured with an extension shaft and bushing, allowing convenient operation in buried or hard-to-reach installations.
For automated systems, the valve can be supplied with an actuator connection, enabling integration with electric or pneumatic actuators when required.
The valve body and internal components are protected with a thermoplastic powder epoxy coating, providing 100% protection against corrosion and resistance to disinfection chemicals commonly used in water treatment. This ensures long service life and hygienic operation.
Designed specifically for potable water and agricultural irrigation applications, the F4 elastomer seated gate valve complies fully with EN 1074-1 and EN 1074-2 standards, ensuring safety, reliability and regulatory conformity.
