Crepine (Flanged Stainless Strainer)

Crepine (Strainer) is installed at the end of pump suction lines or the suction inlet of tanks to prevent dirt and solid particles from entering the pipeline. Manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel with a flanged connection for secure and durable installation.

The Crepine (Flanged Stainless Steel Strainer) is a critical filtration component mounted at the end of pump suction pipes or at the inlet of water tanks. Its primary function is to prevent unwanted solids—such as stones, sand, leaves, or debris—from entering the piping system and causing mechanical damage or flow obstruction.

Manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel, this strainer provides exceptional corrosion resistance and extended service life, even in harsh environments such as seawater applications. With its durable flanged structure, it ensures reliable installation and easy maintenance.

All sizes up to DN 400 include a minimum sheet thickness of 3 mm, providing robust mechanical strength under pressure and high-flow conditions.
