The Flapper Check Cover is a highly effective backflow prevention component designed for drainage and discharge pipelines. During water discharge, the flapper swings open under hydraulic force, ensuring smooth and unobstructed outflow. When the discharge cycle is complete, the cover closes automatically by its own weight, preventing dirt, debris, and foreign materials from entering the pipeline.
This mechanism protects the system from blockages, contamination, and unnecessary maintenance costs. The shaft of the moving cover is manufactured from stainless steel, ensuring exceptional durability and corrosion resistance.
The standard design is produced with a PN10 flanged connection, but custom configurations are available upon request. Additionally, the L-length can be tailored according to customer requirements, allowing perfect adaptation to various installation conditions.
