The threaded ball check valve is a widely used solution for wastewater and sewage applications, specifically designed to operate reliably in systems carrying media with solid particles.
Its internal ball-type closing mechanism allows uninterrupted flow during operation. The ball moves freely within the valve body and does not obstruct the flow path, ensuring stable performance even in challenging conditions.
The self-cleaning full bore design prevents impurities from sticking to the ball, eliminating clogging risks and reducing maintenance requirements. The smooth internal body surface provides full flow with minimal pressure loss, improving overall system efficiency.
The valve body and cover are manufactured from ductile iron, offering high mechanical strength and durability. Both internal and external surfaces are protected with epoxy coating, ensuring long-term corrosion resistance in aggressive environments.
Thanks to its compact threaded design, the valve allows easy installation and is suitable for both horizontal and vertical mounting positions. The removable cover enables quick and easy disassembly for inspection or servicing when required.
Hydrostatic testing is carried out in accordance with EN 12266-1, with seat test pressure at 1.1 × PN and body test pressure at 1.5 × PN, guaranteeing safe and reliable operation.
