This hand operated butterfly valve is manufactured with a double flanged and double eccentric design, ensuring reliable shut-off performance and extended service life with minimum maintenance requirements.

The valve disc (flap) is produced from the same material as the body, providing uniform strength and durability. Closed flap ears and fully sealed shaft design prevent corrosion on moving parts, making the valve suitable for long-term operation in water distribution networks.

The seat surface on the valve body is reinforced with stainless steel filler weld and precisely machined at an angle to guarantee full sealing contact. The sealing surface is polished to N6 (0.8 μm) surface roughness, ensuring smooth operation and tight shut-off even after repeated cycles.
With the double eccentric geometry, the sealing gasket is protected from friction during opening and closing, significantly reducing wear and operating torque.

All bolts and nuts that come into contact with water are manufactured from stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance. Upon request, the flap seal pressure plate can also be supplied in stainless steel.

Each valve is equipped with an actuator mounting flange. The specially designed gearbox with IP68 protection class allows low-torque manual operation and can be easily adapted for electric or pneumatic actuators when required.

Flow coefficients (Kv) are calculated using CFD software, and performance testing for sizes DN 100 – DN 350 can be conducted in accordance with TS EN 1267 standards at the manufacturer’s test facility.

This valve is ideal for clean water, potable water, irrigation and general water transmission applications.
