The V102 wafer type butterfly valve is designed with a centered disc that rotates 90 degrees inside the valve body, allowing the fluid flow to be started, stopped or regulated efficiently through quarter-turn operation.

Thanks to its wafer connection design, the valve is installed between pipe flanges and secured by the pipeline bolts, eliminating the need for additional gaskets. The compact construction saves space, reduces weight and provides a cost-effective solution for a wide range of industrial and building service applications.

The standard configuration features a stainless steel SS304 disc, offering excellent corrosion resistance and smooth surface characteristics. For more aggressive media, an SS316 disc option is available. The valve body is manufactured from GG25 cast iron, with GGG40 ductile iron available as an option for higher mechanical strength.

The EPDM vulcanized sealing sleeve ensures tight sealing in both flow directions, enabling reliable bi-directional operation. Precision-machined disc geometry minimizes pressure loss and provides low, stable operating torque throughout the valve’s service life.

The fully coated body protects against external corrosion, while the anti blow-out stem design enhances operational safety. The valve requires no routine maintenance and allows easy spare part replacement when needed.

The standard version is supplied with a hand lever, including intermediate locking positions that allow the disc to be fixed at the desired opening angle. An ISO 5211 mounting flange enables direct installation of gearboxes, pneumatic or electric actuators without additional adapters.

The long neck design makes the valve suitable for insulated pipeline systems. The valve is bi-directional but must not be used as an end-of-line valve.

Hydrostatic testing is performed in accordance with EN 12266-1, with seat test pressure at PN × 1.1 and shell test pressure at PN × 1.5, ensuring reliable performance and safety.
